Terms of Service
Effective date: March 20, 2026
These terms govern your use of tam.buzz and the services of Tam Philosophical Counseling, operated by tambuzztam LLC.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
No warranty
Services are provided as-is. tambuzztam LLC makes no guarantees about particular outcomes. Philosophical counseling is an inquiry into what you already know — the work depends on the engagement of both parties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, tambuzztam LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in philosophical counseling services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
