Tam Listen is built by tambuzztam LLC. By downloading or using Tam Listen, you agree to these terms.
License
tambuzztam LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tam Listen on your Apple devices in accordance with these terms and Apple's App Store terms.
Permitted Use
You may use Tam Listen for personal, lawful purposes only. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.
Cloud Services
Tam Listen accesses cloud storage providers through the iOS Files picker only at your explicit request. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.
No Warranty
Tam Listen is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, tambuzztam LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tam Listen.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
