Tam Listen is built by tambuzztam LLC. This policy describes how we handle your data.

The short version

Tam Listen is a local-first app. Your listening data stays on your device. We don't have accounts, we don't track you, and we can't see your library.

Data stored on your device

All of your data — listening progress, project organization, and playback metadata — is stored locally on your device. Your media files remain wherever you store them. We do not have access to any of it.

Cloud services

If you choose to import files from cloud providers such as iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or Dropbox, the app accesses them through the iOS Files picker. Your credentials are handled by those providers, not by us. We never receive or store your cloud service credentials.

Data from these services is accessed only when you explicitly initiate a file selection and is never shared with any party other than the provider you choose.

Analytics

We do not collect any analytics or usage data. We use Apple's built-in App Analytics, which provides us with aggregate, anonymous information like download counts and crash reports. This data cannot be used to identify you. You can opt out of sharing this data in your device's privacy settings.

Support

If you contact us for support, we'll receive your email address and message. We use this only to respond to you and don't add you to any marketing lists.
